Return & Exchange
If you receive damaged, defective, missing, or incorrectly shipped items from Montessori Equipment, please email us at service@montessoriequipment.com within 30 days of the delivery date. Our customer service representative will arrange replacements for you. Montessori Equipment will pay for the shipping of the replacement items.
If you should return an item you purchased, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date. If items are returned because of customers' personal preferences, a 10% restocking fee will be applied. Return freight is the responsibility of the customer, and initial shipping charges will not be refunded (if there is no initial shipping charge because of free shipping promotion, certain shipping cost will be deducted from the refund). Please email us at service@montessoriequipment.com before sending return items back.
Please be advised that after 30 days from the delivery date, all sales become final, and we do not accept any returns or exchanges.
All clearance items are final sale, there will be no returns or exchanges.
