Can I reserve items/pay for my order later?
  Your items will be reserved for up to 30 days when placing a check by mail order. In other cases, please contact us. We may ask you to pay a deposit to keep your items on hold.
Do you accept payments in other currencies?
  We can only accept CAD or USD at this time. Our Canadian site is priced in CAD, and our US site is priced in USD. If you wish to place an order within Canada but pay in USD, or vice versa, please contact us.

Depending on your payment method, you may be able to convert currencies automatically, but please be aware of your conversion rates.
Do you accept purchase orders?
  Yes, we accept purchase orders from public schools. Please have your puchase order documents sent to us by the purchasing office either via email or by mail. See our Contact Us page for details. We are always happy to work with you.

If you need our W-8BEN-E, let us know and we will provide it.
How can I pay by check?
  Please choose the "Check by Mail" payment option at checkout to place your order. Your items will be kept on hold for up to 30 days. Then mail your check to us (you can find our address at our Contact Us page). Please be aware that we may need to wait for the check to clear before shipping your order. In the case of insufficient funds, any NSF fees charged to us will be the customer's responsibility, so please ensure there will be enough to cover the value of the check.
Why was my credit card declined?
  1. Ensure the required information is entered correctly, including your name, card number, expiry date, and CVV/CVC. The billing address provided may need to match your card.
  2. Check that the card has sufficient funds.
  3. Very rarely, if this is your first purchase with us, you may need to authorize the transaction by contacting your card's issuing bank.
  4. If your card requires 3D Secure authentication, this is currently not supported on our website. You can reach out to us and we will provide you a direct payment link with our credit card processor.
If the above does not work, please try a different card or choose another payment method.
Do you charge sales tax/VAT?
  We don't collect sales tax/VAT for countries other than Canada, as we are a Canadian company. Depending on your country, however, it is possible that you will have to pay VAT when your package goes through customs. This is separate from customs duties/fees, which may also be applicable. If in doubt, please check with your local authorities as we cannot be familiar with every country.
I have a question on my charges.
  Go to "My Account > Order Status" to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.
What are my payment options?
  During the checkout process, you may choose any of our current payment options, including credit card, PayPal, wire transfer, and cheque. Please note that we are unable to ship your order before we receive your payment. There may be additional processing time for cheques to clear.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
  While logged in, go to "My Account > Order Status" and view your order details. There will be a link to download/print your invoice.
When will my credit card be charged?
  Your credit card will be charged at the time of your order. In the case of order modifications that require an additional payment, you will need to re-enter your payment information. We will then go to our admin portal to receive the remaining amount.
