Defective, missing, & incorrectly shipped items

If you receive damaged, defective, missing, or incorrectly shipped items, please email us at within 30 days of the delivery date. If applicable, please include photos of the defective or incorrect items. We will arrange for replacements to be sent to you. We will cover shipping for the replacements, and if applicable, provide return shipping labels for incorrectly shipped items. Please be advised that prepaid return shipping labels must be used within 30 days.

Damage during shipping

If damage occurred during shipping (packaging torn or deformed, water damage, etc.), please contact the shipping company within 48 hours to report the damage and get a claim number from them. Send us the claim number and photos of the damage to the outer packaging as well as the items inside. We may need to contact the carrier on our side to determine what happened. We will arrange for replacements of the damaged items to be sent to you.


Should you no longer want an item you purchased, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, and the original shipping fees will not be refunded. If there is no initial fee due to a free shipping promotion, a portion of the refund may be deducted depending on the item. Please email us at before sending the returned items back to ensure you have the full return details and instructions.

Refunds may only be made to the original payment method or as store credit.

Items must be returned in their original condition. If they are returned damaged or with missing parts, the lost value may be deducted from your refund. Digital products are non-refundable.

You may also drop off the item at our warehouse. Please contact us to arrange a time if you would like to do this.


We generally only accept returns unless you are able to exchange at our warehouse location. The same conditions apply to exchanges as returns.

Please be advised that all sales become final 30 days after the delivery date and no returns or exchanges may be made.

Clearance items
All clearance items are final sale; there will be no returns or exchanges. If you need more information on the condition of a clearance item before purchase, please contact us.

We cannot be responsible for orders that have been shipped to an incorrectly provided address. Please ensure that your address is entered correctly. at checkout You will also receive an order confirmation email with your order details. Should the package be returned to sender, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund or to charge an additional shipping fee to reship it to the correct address.

Digital items

Digital products such as our printable PDFs cannot be refunded.
